Helpful Tips When Purchasing A Puppy

Whether you go to a breeder or a rescue group, you should be prepared to ask a lot of questions about the puppy or dog you hope to acquire. Here are some questions to ask:

What possible health problems might this dog develop?
How big will the dog get?
How old will he be before he acts like an adult dog?
How protective will the dog be?
How often will the dog need to be groomed?
How does he get along with other animals?
How long can he be left alone at home?
How much exercise does the dog need?

Your contact should be willing to answer all of your questions fully. He or she should also ask questions about you, your lifestyle, and your family. If a contact doesn't respond to your inquiries, or doesn't show any interest in the life the dog will lead after it leaves his or her premises, you may want to look elsewhere. A responsible breeder or dedicated rescue group member is committed to making a good match between prospective owners and the dogs in their care; that's the kind of person you want on your side as you make the journey into dog ownership.

Bruiser's Love Affairs

Since the birth of the first litter in June, Bruiser has enjoyed his many other love affairs which include a beautiful set of Boston's that were born to Adrienne on July 11, 2008. This litter had 4 females and 2 males. Four of these puppies have already found loving homes. We are still offering 1 male and 1 female for sale to a loving home. For more information on these puppies, you may email me at tipoftheozarkspuppies@yahoo.com or call 479-331-0197.

In the Beginning ....

In the beginning..... there was Bruiser and Angel. They fell madly in love and created 4 beautiful puppies on June 23, 2008. In this litter there was 1 female and 3 males.
These babies grew up inside our home with their momma until 5 weeks old. The puppies enjoyed all the love and attention that my children and myself could give them. We then allowed them to go outdoors and enjoy the fresh air and exercise. These puppies have all found new wonderful homes with lots of love and attention.
From that point forward, my family and I have decided that we would love to continue to raise Boston Terrier puppies for the rest of the dog lovers to enjoy. We strive to provide the happiest, healthiest Boston Terrier puppies available.
